Thank you Father, that when we ask, you give wisdom.
Give us your wisdom as we define the checks and balances for the new “strong mayor” form of city government. There are many questions to answer and we need your guidance so that we empower our city leaders to do good and limit their ability to do bad. Help us to remember that we all face common temptations, no one person can be our city’s savior, and we need one another to keep us on the right track.
