City Chaplains 5

City Transformation: Chaplains

  • Pray for our city’s sports teams chaplains, including Dr. Roland DeRenzo who has served nine years as the chaplain for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox and has accepted the chaplaincy of the Milwaukee Brewers triple A team, which will now be located in Colorado Springs.

Across our city, trained and often volunteer chaplains serve in a variety of venues providing comfort and support to those in spiritual and emotional need.  Sometimes they make regularly scheduled visits and sometimes they are called upon in times of crisis.  This week we are supporting them.

“Many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many.” –2 Cor 1:11b
