Heavenly Father, hear our cry and save us Lord from the wickedness in our own hearts that tear our families apart. Soften the hearts of the fathers and mothers to love each other as You love us. A sacrificial love that comes only from you Lord. Help us to lift up, encourage, strengthen each other to be the example for our children that God meant us to be. That our children will see You in us as parents. To be a family that prays together. To teach them obedience as we are obedient to You. Help us to teach our children to read Your word and know You, to draw close to You and how to listen and to be sensitive to Your voice and then do all that You ask. In Jesus name I pray.
