Thank you Father, that a U.S. Supreme Court decision in the 1980s ruled that legislative bodies can start sessions with prayer without violating the U.S. Constitution.
May prayer at our county commissioners’ meetings be a channel for your wisdom and guidance and not an “issue” that people fight and litigate over.
