“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” Matthew 10:29-31
Thank you Father that you know exactly what is going on for each one of us in Colorado Springs and that you care about every detail of our lives.
We pray for the more than 28,000 people in our city who are unemployed. We ask that you would turn their hearts to you so that they would know that they have a heavenly father who cares for them. We ask that you would open the floodgates of heaven to provide for every need. We pray that new businesses made up of those who have been out of work would spring up and be a channel of blessing to our city. Let our city businesses see where new people are needed, help them connect with those who are out of work who would be glad to serve, and bring fresh ideas, relationships, and opportunities together so that all can contribute and earn a living here in Colorado Springs.
Amen and keep praying! Our family needs it!
Also we pray that the Church would know how to support these families in a healthy and tangible way. And that these families would have a spirit of giving even when they have little. That the children in these families would see that God is the One Source. And that the adults would have the faith of children. That faith would be built on a daily basis and these families would see victory soon. That they will overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony.
