Father, you made men and women to complement and enhance each other, but the enemy uses our differences to cause pain and discord.
We pray that you would bless the couples of our city, giving them the ability to hear and understand, to speak and make clear their meaning. May men and women reach beyond their own way of thinking, beyond their own needs, to meet the needs of their partner and to see things from the other’s point of view. May our city become known for the strength of the partnerships between men and women, between husbands and wives.
