Father, as the sale of the Banning-Lewis Ranch property on the east side of the city progresses, we pray for justice and righteousness in the land use agreements the new owner makes with the city and the county. May the agreements lead to prosperity for the city and the new owners, to protection of the health and safety of all who are involved, and to the protection of the water resources of our county.
