Lord God, as next year’s City Budget is being hashed out with Mayor Bach, the City Department heads and City Council, will You show them the best way to manage and allocate this City’s limited resources. Bring to the forefront those areas that are most important to be funded in the upcoming year. Even though City governmental personnel and departments have been significantly cut back over the last several years, Lord, please cause Colorado Springs to function at the most efficient level possible in the areas of government that truly matter.
