Father God, we pray for all the teachers who are directing, orchestrating, and organizing Christmas programs in our city schools. Give them renewed energies as they work to bring out the best in their students’ performances. Bless, too, the students and their families as they prepare for the performances. May the celebration of Emmanuel, God with us, ring through in the midst of “politically correct” holiday programming.
