Father, we thank you that you are a father to the fatherless and a husband to the widow. We pray for those who have lost loved ones, either in the past year or around this time of year. We also pray for those who are alone this holiday season. We ask for your comfort, your presence, and your healing to touch their hearts. Please connect them with others who can be “God with skin on” for them in this time of need.
