Father we pray for your wisdom, love, power, and truth to move in us so that domestic violence is eradicated from our city. We pray that you would root out any beliefs, mindsets, or teachings that allow domestic violence to continue.
Provide wisdom to our law enforcement personnel who step in to diffuse volatile situations, resources and safe houses to the organizations within our city that provide help and safety for the victims, and protection to the people who care enough to help those caught in the net of an abuser.
And we pray for the abusers in our midst, that you would stop them when they are intending harm, nullify the power of their strategies to control, and provide the means to transform them into men of peace.
