Stir in our city respect and care for the elderly…

“You must stand up in the presence of the aged, honor the presence of an elder, and fear your God. I am the Lord.” Leviticus 19:32

Thank you Father that you, the ancient of days, care about each one of us.

We pray for an increased level of respect for the elderly here in our city.  May we listen to them and gain from their wisdom.  We also pray for an increased sense of responsibility to care for the elderly, so that as they deal with the issues of old age, they will have people supporting them, loving them, and providing for them.
