Father God, we decree that Your nominees will be elected into office in the upcoming elections, for seats in our City, County, State and in Washington DC. False information is already being dispersed to bring confusion to these elections. Father bring Your clarity and perfect will into the Light for all of us to discern. Move Your children to do their research and VOTE at this most crucial time this great country has ever faced – as we sit at this fork in the road, deciding which future path down which our beloved USA will now proceed.

Colorado Springs Prayer Focus 
I was just urged to write about the voting process this morning and how we have missed the mark as believers. We continuously search and re-search the candidates, the media and other sources rather than first search God’s heart and HIS Torah (instructions and directions for voting). His character, integrity, values and standards have not changed, yet those who are called by His name do change, how is that working out for us? Not good! Unless the Lord builds a house they labor in vain who build it. Unless the Lord guards the city the watchman keeps awake in vain. Our building (This Nation) and cites in it are crumbling because we have sinned, “missed the mark” each election. Why? because our choice comes from human standards not from God’s instructions and directions for voting. Time to go back to the Lord’s standard of choosing rather then mans. His standard is found in His words and instructions left for us to apply to our voting. We can start by seeing the flawed men and women he picked yet there was ONE common thread about them. They honored Him and His words above ALL! Man looks at the outside God looks at the heart! It is still not too late to repent and ask God for His candidate, then vet them through His instructions and direction to us. Selah!
