As City Council determines how to proceed with the possibility of appointing a new governance entity for Colorado Springs Utilities, we once again call Your perfect will into this process, Lord God. This is an opportunity to have a solid structure developed to manage our City’s Utilities, and we pray for a strong model to form for this purpose. Thank you Lord God, that you will be involved in every aspect of our anointed City, if we will only ask!
