Heavenly Father, I pray in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ that our families will rise up early each day to give You praise and to honour Your name by treating each other with the respect and love that Jesus would. May parents teach their children to praise You for Your loving kindness and Your wonderful works by their example and leadership as they praise and worship You with their whole hearts in their homes. Help each of those in our families to love the Lord their God with all their heart, and to love their neighbors as themselves. Help each of them to overcome sin, and the world….to focus on their heavenly Father above all else and give Him all the glory.
