Father God, we speak to the mountains in the west, the plains to the east, to the northern and southern ramparts of our beloved City – and we decree and declare a purified air, the sweet oil of your Presence to move into and through the atmosphere of our City. Permeate our City with Your glory – change us, change your Church. Prepare us for the times that lie ahead. Empower us to move forward in Your authority and anointing to meet the needs of those around us in the days ahead.
