Father God, we beseech you on behalf of the upcoming elections for a strong-Mayor and new Council members. Holy Spirit, sweep through Colorado Springs and move the righteous of this city to exercise their obligation to vote for the best representatives for our city government. The government of this city is the earthly backbone of this city. Push Your followers to do all they can to make sure we have the best possible people running the government of our City. Stamp out the laziness and apathy of Your people, who do not want to put the effort needed into making sure we are governed by the righteous. Put a holy fire under us to act, Lord!
