Father God, we pray for our city’s school counselors as they help students focus on academic, personal/social and career development so they achieve success in school and are prepared to lead fulfilling lives as responsible members of society. Give these school counselors your wisdom and insight for each student they assist. Help them to work together well with administrators, teachers and parents. We also ask that they would be equipped and prepared to deal calmly and capably with students at special risk and in crisis situations as they arise.
