We pray for the Powers business corridor . . .

Father God, we pray that the leaders along Powers Blvd. business corridor in Stetson Hills would have the same core leadership principles as John Stetson, the Western hat inventor and philanthrophist.  Stetson, “guided by Baptist religious principles, believed that by providing for his employees he would lend stability to their lives and attract higher caliber ones.” Unlike most other employers, Stetson decided to offer benefits to entice workers to stay and made sure his employees had a clean, safe place to work.  We ask that the Powers Blvd. business owners would have a commitment to taking good care of their employees and that they would be generous as they prosper.
