We pray for our leaders . . .

“The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord; He directs it like a watercourse wherever He pleases.”  –Proverbs 21:1

Lord as your Church in this region, we pray for our leaders as You have directed us to. We ask that You turn the hearts of our elected leaders towards You, Lord.  We ask that You soften their hearts to recognize and receive truth.  Lord, we ask that You grant them the understanding and knowledge that come from the fear of You.  We ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment and that You make them bold to do what is right in Your sight.
