Thank you for the intercessors in Manitou Springs…

And I said to the nobles and to the officials and to the rest of the people, “The work is great and widely spread, and we are separated on the wall, far from one another. In the place where you hear the sound of the trumpet, rally to us there. Our God will fight for us.” Nehemiah 4:19-20

As we pray for Manitou Springs this week, we thank you Father for the uniqueness of that part of our region — for the beauty, the diversity of peoples, and the heart that welcomes all. We thank you, too, for the intercessors who stand on the wall, praying for and guarding over the western gate to our city. Strengthen the watch so that spirits of darkness have no power to bind or harm, and so that those who are blind might see.
