Lord God, we pray for all those affected by the Black Forest (and Royal Gorge) fire. We ask for preservation of life above all else. We speak to the wind to calm. We pray for all those who are evacuated, and for New Life Church and all others who are providing shelter, food, necessities and support. We also pray for the fire fighting team that the best possible decisions would be made in battling the fire and that they would be divinely assisted. We also petition the King of Heaven for an end to the drought.
