- Declare over Colorado and Colorado Springs Isaiah 58:11 (NLT ): The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring.

Isaiah 55:11 (NASB) states, ‘ So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.'”
