A Child Prays for Our Soldiers

Lord, I pray for all the soldiers who are in war,
For battling for our freedom and much, much more.
Please guard and protect them through this fight,
And watch over their souls day and night.
Guide them through the darkness, to the light,
Battling hard with all their might.
Let them keep in mind the goal and prize,
To see their loving family with their own two eyes.
Tell these warriors that you are with them every day,
And that you guide them to the correct way.
Bring them home to the United States,
And the ones who have fallen to the heavenly gates.
Amen
