The Lord is a man of war (Ex 15:3).
Lord, You are mighty in battle. Teach our Troops how to depend upon You. Guide their hands as they dismantle bombs set for their destruction. Protect them and hide them from enemy snipers. We pray for our combat warriors as Elisha prayed, “O LORD, open their eyes and let them see!” that the hillsides around them are filled with Your Army round about them (2 Kings 6:17). Give them courage as they realize that You are with them in battle and greater than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).
