Thank You Holy Spirit, that prayers for our service men and women go up before God’s throne continually. We are so grateful for the sacrifice of soldiers putting their lives on the line. Also for their families who wait so patiently and bravely–hoping to remember little details about the last moments together. How can we repay them beyond prayer? As SGT Leroy Petry, the 2nd living Medal of Honor recipient said, “When you see a soldier in uniform, take the time to say thank you. It’s easy and it means the world to us.” Let’s do it. Amen.
