City Transformation: Outreach in Jesus’ Name
- Pray for The Street Church, which began in 2006 to serve God and the poor in Colorado Springs. They share the gospel with men and women who will not attend more conventional places of worship. Their mission is “to the streets of our city to feed and clothe the poor, to preach the gospel, and give hope through the Lord Jesus Christ.”
This week we are praying for some of those groups in our city that reach out to those who are in need and/or are uncomfortable in our conventional Christian gatherings with the hope of the good news of Jesus as savior, redeemer and Lord.
“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15
