City Transformation: Protecting our nation
- Pray that God would protect our city’s computer systems while the center is being built and would use the center for protection once it is operating.
Last winter, the Colorado legislature allocated funds to build a national cyber security center here in Colorado Springs and this spring, the effort’s leadership selected a location along Nevada Ave near UCCS for the center. The Denver Post noted that Colorado Springs was the first city connected to the network that became the Internet, so we have been and continue to be leaders in this field. This week we are praying for this new venture.
